Download and try it with your real data

There's no time limit on the free version. Import your Etsy CSVs, add your expenses, make sure it works for you before spending anything. The only difference between free and registered is a 10-second nag screen on startup.

Tell me the name you'd like registered

After paying via Ko-fi, reply to your receipt email with the name you'd like on your licence — this can be your real name, a username, anything you like. Just make sure you're happy typing it exactly as written when you register, because the code is derived from it.

I'll email your personal registration code within 24 hours

Usually much faster. I'll send a code that's unique to your chosen name. Enter your name and code into the registration screen in the tracker, hit 💾 Save File once, and you're done — registered permanently, no internet needed.

Quick answers
Does the free version have a time limit?
No. The free version is fully functional with no expiry. The only difference is a 10-second countdown on the nag screen each time you open the file. You can use it all year without registering — the £5 is to remove that screen and support further development.
What name should I use for registration?
Whatever you like — your real name, a nickname, a username. The only thing that matters is that you're comfortable typing it exactly as written when you enter it into the registration screen. The code is case-sensitive and tied to the precise name I generate it for.
How long does it take to receive my code?
Usually within a few hours — I aim for same day. In the unlikely event it takes longer (evenings, weekends), I'll always respond within 24 hours. You'll receive the code by email reply.
If I register one version, do I get the other free?
No — registration is £5 per tax year version. Most people only need one version at a time. If you need both, mention it when you get in touch and I'll sort both codes together for £10.
Is the registration code stored securely?
The code is saved inside the HTML file itself when you click Save File. It never leaves your computer and there's no external server involved. The validation is entirely offline — the tracker checks the code mathematically, with no internet connection needed.
Can I get a refund if it doesn't work for me?
Given the free version lets you try everything before paying, refunds aren't something I'd normally offer — you'd know before spending anything whether it works for you. That said, if something goes genuinely wrong, just email me and we'll sort it out.
